We want you to have all the tools you need to get the most out of your new account and start saving for the future. We've partnered with local nonprofit organizations to offer you a wealth of financial education classes. Now you can learn how to:

•   Take a class at a community organization near you, or even online.


Learn in person
We've partnered with local community organizations East LA Community Corporation (links to www.elacc.org ), Community Financial Resource Center (links to www.cfrc.net), Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (links to www.pacela.org), Valley Economic Development Corporation (links to www.vedc.org)  to provide financial education classes to everyone who opens a Bank on Los Angeles account. Our Community Partners offer classes in English and Spanish every month, at locations throughout the city.

Learn online
Online classes are an easy and convenient way to learn. Visit the Beehive's Web site to learn how to manage your checking account, create and manage a budget for your family, file taxes online for free, and much more. The Beehive also offers online tutorials on everything from getting a GED or finding a lawyer to obtaining low-cost health care or getting a free e-mail account.
